No retention calls.
If Pearsight isn't helping, leaving should be easy. One click from settings cancels the subscription. You keep access until the end of the current billing period. Your data exports as JSON whenever you ask.
From Settings → Subscription, click Cancel subscription. We ask once if you’re sure (because a misclick happens), and that’s it. No five-step survey about why, no “wait, let me transfer you to someone.”
You keep full access to the dashboard until your current billing period ends. The day after the period closes, Pearsight switches your account to a read-only mode: you can still log in, browse old data, export, but it stops syncing from Canvas and stops accepting new actions.
From the same settings page you can request a JSON export of everything Pearsight has ever stored about your family — assignments, statuses, comments, caregiver list. The export arrives by email within a day. Then, if you want, click Delete account and we remove every record from our database within 30 days.
