About · Family & caregivers
Three roles, one dashboard.
Every caregiver sees the same data. What differs is who can change settings, who can invite or remove other caregivers, and who owns billing. Three roles cover almost every family.
The primarycaregiver is the parent who created the account. They own billing, can add or remove kids, and can invite or remove other caregivers. There’s exactly one primary per family; you can transfer the role to someone else if needed.
Co-parentshave full read/write access to every kid’s dashboard but can’t change billing or remove other caregivers. They can mark assignments, post comments, verify, and follow up — the same actions as the primary parent. Most second parents land here.
Observerssee the dashboard but can’t make status changes or post comments. Grandparents who just want to know how the school year is going, an extended-family tutor who should see the workload but not actively manage it.
