From your settings, type the other adult’s email and pick the kids they can see. Pearsight sends them a magic link. They click it, it opens the same dashboard you see — sorted, filtered, with the same comments and statuses — without a separate account or password to remember.
Caregivers count toward the family subscription, not as extra seats. One household pays the family rate and gets every adult under one roof using the same view. There’s no per-caregiver upcharge and no “family plan” tier — the price you pay covers anyone you trust.
You stay in control of who’s in. From the same settings page you can pause an invite that hasn’t been accepted, scope an existing caregiver to just one kid, or remove someone entirely. The change takes effect on their next dashboard load.
